The short answer
The Andorran job market is dominated by retail, tourism, finance and services. Catalan is the official language; depending on the post, French, Spanish and English are enough, but some jobs (notably public ones) require Catalan.
A narrow but active market
The country is small: opportunities are concentrated in a few sectors, with a dense professional network. Word of mouth counts for a lot.

|---|---|
| Catalan | Official language; an advantage, and a requirement in some jobs |
| Spanish | Widely used in retail and services |
| French | Widespread, very useful for French-speaking customers |
