What it is
Article 33 ter of the immigration law creates a residence authorisation for people who have obtained a favourable decision from the ministry responsible for the economy to take part in its programme for foreign entrepreneurs. It is not the standard self-employed residency: it is tied to admission to the programme.
Duration
The authorisation is granted for an initial period of one year, renewable for successive periods of the same length.
